It is the homeowner’s responsibility to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the license and insurance required for the work performed.
Pricing & payment
Quotes are provided and approved before work begins, and payment terms are between you and the contractor performing the work. Any pricing discussed on a call is an estimate until the on-site diagnosis is complete and you approve a final price.
Availability
Services advertised as available 24/7 are performed by independent contractors; availability and response times vary by location, demand, and conditions. We’ll always tell you honestly what the timing looks like when you call.
