Is someone really answering the phone at 2 a.m.?+
Yes. Our dispatch line is staffed around the clock, every day of the year. Call
(888) 217-1674 at noon or at midnight and a real person picks up — that’s the whole point of the hombres.
What will the repair cost me?+
Every call starts with a full diagnosis. Before any wrench turns, you approve a flat, upfront price — and that number doesn’t grow because the job ran long.
Do you cover my part of the metro?+
Aurora is home base, and our techs run daily routes through Arvada, Lakewood, Englewood, Northglenn, Broomfield, Greenwood Village, Wheat Ridge, and Highlands Ranch. If you’re near those, you’re in the territory.
Why does altitude matter for my furnace?+
At roughly 5,400 feet, thinner air changes how gas burns and how much heat a furnace actually delivers. Equipment here needs proper altitude setup — our techs verify it on installs and tune-ups as standard practice.
Do you service all brands?+
Yes — every major make of furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, mini-split, and thermostat, whether the system is brand new or old enough to vote.
How fast can a tech get to my house?+
For emergencies, dispatch is immediate and the nearest available tech rolls — often same-day or within hours depending on demand and your location. Non-emergency visits are scheduled at the soonest window that works for you.
Do you charge extra for nights or weekends?+
You approve the full price before work begins, whenever the visit happens. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice — no after-hours games beyond what you approved.
What should I do while I wait for the tech?+
If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas utility first, then us. For no-heat calls, close off unused rooms and avoid ovens or grills for warmth — they’re not safe heaters. For AC, keep blinds closed on the sunny side and stay hydrated.
Can you help me decide between repair and replacement?+
That’s half of what a good diagnosis is. Your tech will tell you honestly where the system stands — what the repair buys you, what replacement would change, and what either path costs — then let you decide without pressure.
Do you install equipment you didn’t sell?+
Installations are quoted as complete jobs with equipment matched to the home. If you’ve already purchased a system, call and describe it — we’ll tell you straight whether it’s a fit and what the install involves.
